replacement for "e-tron" logo shift knob insert?

Hi all,

The "e-tron" logo insert on the back of the shift knob fell out and is lost. It seems to be only held in with double sided tape.

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement? Is there a part #? I only see part #'s for the whole shifter knob.

No, the parts catalog and scematics only show part #''s for the shift knob. I'm only looking for the little trim logo insert.

I had my car in for service and asked about the insert they said its not available separately either but was nice enough to warranty the whole shift knob for a new one with the insert.
