Hello, I have owned a 2016 Audi A3 E-tron since March. Via some helpful info from this forum I was able to contact the correct group at Audi to activate my audi a3 etron app and it has worked well...up until last month. When I now call the "1-844-573-8766" number they can't find my account nor pin. Has anyone had any issues like this? I would LOVE to be able to pre-treat my car before I get in and roast. HELP.
