I’m converting my 2016 A3 E-Tron 5dr into a camper situation and I’m planning to remove the passenger seat semi-permanently, at least to clean underneath, but would ideally keep the seat out for extended periods of time to make a longer bed.
I know I need to solve the occupancy sensor mat / resistor for airbag warnings, and I'll have to buy another seat to extract the sensor mat since I want to keep my OEM seat intact. As far as the resistor, I need a bit of help on the best way to tackle this.
