I have been wondering why a fairly design conscious company like Audi decided on the Bosch "portable" charger design that ships with the etron? If you leave it in the housing,it's a non issue, but for those who need,or want to carry the cables,it's so cumbersome :( JuiceBox's JuiceCord Pro20 has wifi connectivity so you can manage the charge no matter where you charge. Looks more functional then Audi Connect :?:

Why not offer smaller, simpler ones for customers so they can haul it easier like JuiceBox .TurboCord cord can't handle -10C/14F, it seized, and lost length when exposed.

Anyone buy a portable charger, leaving the Bosch at home?If so,what brand did you go with?

The Audi EVSE provides the capability to connect to single or three phase power which is why I use it more often than my installed 32A tethered charger. I guess its all about flexibility and individual needs.
