| Post subject: | Can E-85 Ethynol Blend gas be used in A3 E Tron? |
With high gas prices in California, I noticed that E-85 is sold in my area at about half the price. I looked in my owners manual and it lists 15% Ethynol Blend as fuel alternative. The fuel door on the A3 E tron says 91 Octane. Can E-85 be used? Can it mix with 91 Octane in the tank? Dealer was no help. (BTW A3 is a hybrid with 1.4L turbo engine) Thanks. |
