Hi,
I recently bought a 2017 Audi A3 Sportback e-tron.

I had problems getting past the vehicle mileage enrollment process, but after a chat with audi they reset my eSim and I registered fine.

I then had 2 days of everything working perfectly.

However early Monday morning, half way through charging the e-tron, my app, and web page lost contact with it.

The car's eSim has a connection as it manages to get weather updates and nearby petrol prices without a problem.

I followed instructions from audi to reset the car to factory defaults, change my password, uninstall and reinstall the app etc.

But it is still stuck telling me I am half way through charging with about 1 and a half hours to go.

It is not the app as the web page shows the same.

I have now been told my car needs to be booked into a dealer for them to apply a fix.

Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be.
