The email I got with my account number looked exactly the same as the email that I got with the PIN. I got a bunch of emails when I got my car that were not in any particular order and separated by time. When I didn't get my account number, I scoured the Internet and tried for hours to get a number that would work as my account number… But it did not work. I stopped looking when the email came in. It might well come in if you wait long enough. Otherwise there's a phone number to call in order to get a hold of someone to help you.
PS the number is eight digits.
