The Etron was retrofitted with EV tech, I get that, but in the process, continuity of design was lost. The charging door in the front of the car, gives no warning to the driver if left open. (Unlike the dozens of other warnings for doors, fuel tank doors, defeated starting when plugged in, key in car, etc) Leaving the charging door open is easy when putting the charger away and getting distracted. Water enters the high voltage electrical system if you drive down the road in the rain. Dealer said "dry it out with a blow dryer"...huh? Why not have a warning?
