 Post subject: A3 45 TFSI e blackout during charging

Hello! I have a new bran 45 tfsi e and for the second time the car dead when connected to the cahrger. The car was charging during the day, when I try to open, it doesn’t respond. Doors not open and I can’t remove the charging connector. The car is dead. It’s the second time in three weeks. The first time they say that was the battery, but now it is a 12.8V.
someone knows how to reset the main brain?
